Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

If you are paying with a credit card, we are only able to process purchases to anywhere in the world for digital goods, ie. downloads.

If you are purchasing a physical item, once we confirm your payment information, you will be notified by email about your shipping details within 24 hours. To ship to any additional location, please send a money order. You may also use the Contact Us link on the bottom left corner of the page if you have any special order requests. We still service any location, but there will be a variation in pricing because of trade laws and restrictions.

If you are purchasing from outside the US, Canada and UK, when we receive your order information, we will still have to determine the shipping cost. All shipments are sent with insurance. There are NO ACCOMODATIONS for shipments without insurance. Allow a considerable amount of time for International Shipping. Tracking Numbers are also available to track your items online.

RETURNS:

No refund will be given if package is opened except for defective material. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. NO RETURN OF MERCHANDISE FOR DIGITAL GOODS
